Welcome to APEX INVISIBLE GRILLS. By accessing our website, requesting quotations, or engaging our installation services in Bhubaneswar and surrounding regions, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. On-Site Inspection & Quotations

Quotations provided online or over the telephone are initial estimates based on customer-provided dimensions. Official binding quotations are issued following physical or laser site measurement by our technicians.

2. Installation & Structural Feasibility

Installation is subject to the structural integrity of your building's balcony slab, ceiling, and wall masonry. Our technicians reserve the right to recommend specific structural anchoring methods to ensure complete safety.

3. Warranty Terms

APEX invisible grills come with a manufacturer-backed warranty against cable rust and manufacturing defects for Grade 316 stainless steel under normal atmospheric conditions. Warranty does not cover intentional cutting, unauthorized modifications, or severe structural damage to the host building.

4. Jurisdiction

All contracts and transactions are governed under the legal jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
